Enter your recorded email address and click the Forgotten your password? link on the Login page. Only the recorded email address will work.
Check your Junk/Spam folder for the auto-response.
If you don't receive an auto-response, you will need to have your password reset by either your administrator or the safeMedicate Support Team. Once this happens, you'll have to re-register on the Registration page using your original Username and Registration Key.
To contact the Support Team, click the Support link at the bottom of the page to enter a Technical Support ticket requesting the information (allow up to 24 hours for a response).
