How do I print my Usage History?

Click My Record on the Main Menu to open your safeMedicate User Record.

Your registration date for safeMedicate appears in the Usage History panel on the upper right along with your login history.

When you click the Print Record button, a printout of the individual history of all your modules appears.

This printout includes your practice assessment history at the bottom of each module. Assessment history for formative and summative assessments is included at the end of the printout.
