When registering my username, the system says my details cannot be found.

This message can appear for several reasons:

  • You may already be registered - for instance, if you purchased through our online store - you are already registered and your login information is sent to your email.
  • You may be entering your username, email address, or password incorrectly.
  • You may be trying to log in on the UK safeMedicate website - which is safeMedicate.com versus safeMedicate.net (North American website).

If you have forgotten your login details, please complete and submit a support request to have them sent to you.
