This message can appear for several reasons:
- You are already registered - for instance, if you purchased through our online store, you registered automatically and can log in with the email address and password you created.
- You are entering the Username or Registration Key incorrectly. Be sure that each is entered EXACTLY with no additional spaces before or after the entries. The Registration Key field is case-sensitive, so be sure your CAP LOCKS are off
- You may be trying to register on the UK safeMedicate website (safeMedicate.COM) instead of the safeMedicate.NET (North American website).
